*Kristin Ann Photography will be closed for the Holiday season December 15th 2023 through January 2nd 2024. All babies born during this timeframe will be scheduled in January. Thank you for your cooperation.

1st off Congratulations! What an exciting time for you and your family.

To help us both prepare for the session, I ask that all clients booking a Newborn Session complete the following form. Closer to the session date, I will send out a Newborn Prep Guide which will provide you with all the tips and tricks on how to prepare for your upcoming shoot. Once this form is completed, I will email the contract for your signature.

**PLEASE NOTE*** All Session dates and times will be determined once baby arrives. Newborn Sessions are scheduled Monday-Friday in the morning/early afternoon ONLY (no later than 1pm). Weekend time slots are NOT available for 2023. By completing this form, you are agreeing to a weekday time slot between 9am-1pm.

Please note: a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at booking in order to secure your date and time. The deposit will be applied to the overall package price. Please be aware, Kristin will not reserve your date/time until the $50 deposit is paid. Thank you for Your cooperation & understanding.
